This page explains how the private 1:1 online session works, what you do, what the Session Host does, and what will not happen during the session.
It is meant to give you a clear view of the format before you prepare or reserve.
This page explains the session structure, your role, the Session Host's role, the boundaries of the service, and the conditions needed for a stable session.
This is a private 1:1 online session conducted under ordinary conditions.
The purpose is not to give you a theory, interpretation, or method to follow. The purpose is to create stable conditions for direct observation and to test what, if anything, becomes clearer, stronger, or easier to notice.
You remain fully awake throughout. No substances, guided visualization, hypnosis, or long preparatory training are used.
At the scheduled time, you join the private session from your own space. The Session Host explains the setup and confirms that the basic conditions are stable.
Once the core observation begins, you sit comfortably, close your eyes, and observe what happens. You do not need to perform a technique, follow a script, visualize anything, or produce a result. If you want to pause or stop, you say "STOP."
The Session Host manages the practical structure of the session: setup, timing, stability, and closing.
Once the core observation begins, the Host stays connected but does not guide, suggest, narrate, or interpret. You are not told what to imagine, what to look for, or what your experience means.
Some participants notice stronger perception, clearer observation, or unfamiliar visual content while fully awake.
This may include changes in brightness, depth, movement, structure, layering, or scale. Some participants may also notice that details become easier to observe.
Nothing is suggested or pictured for you. No specific outcome is promised, and what happens can differ from person to person.
The session does not include interpretation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
Please do not use alcohol before the session. You should join fully awake, sober, and able to participate clearly.
After the core observation ends, there is a short closing period. The session ends at the scheduled time. Sessions are not recorded, reproduced, or conducted in groups.
You now know how the session works.
If the format is clear and you want to test it directly, you can continue to Prepare or reserve a session.
