The Microverse is not arranged for you.
It does not follow a script, and it does not repeat itself.
Which part you encounter, where the exploration begins, how it unfolds — none of this is determined by you or by us. It is determined by the conditions of that moment.
Your role is simple: close your eyes, and observe what appears. Nothing more.
You remain in your own space throughout.
We do not guide you, suggest anything to you, or interpret what you see.
Once the exploration begins, we stay silent.
You remain aware throughout. The session can be paused or ended at any point.
If you want to pause or stop at any point, you only need to say one word — STOP. The session ends immediately. No explanation is needed.
Some describe a gentle warmth — similar to entering a slightly warmer environment. It is not created by us. It simply arises, and fades naturally when the session ends.
You observe. Nothing more is asked of you.
The core exploration lasts 30 minutes. The full session is 60 minutes — time before and after to ensure everything is ready and unhurried.
