Microverse Exploration — 30 minutes.
Your brain,
back on the charger.
When your brain feels stuck, tired, or scattered,
find out what mode you're actually in.
Which mode is your brain stuck in?
Still Running in the Background
Your body is off the clock. Your brain isn't.
You've been heads-down, high-pressure, for hours.
Your body's ready to power down. Your brain never got the memo.
It's still compiling. Unfinished work, a conversation you keep replaying, tomorrow's calendar, all queued up, all firing at once.
There's no force quit for this.
Inspiration Offline
Right when you need an idea, your brain drops the connection.
Some days the ideas come one after another. Other days, it's like the wifi cut out. Nothing loads, no matter how hard you refresh.
You want to create. Write the report. Push the project forward. The work needs new ideas. But you don't get to decide when inspiration comes back online.
Low Power Mode
It's not that you don't know what to do. You just can't make yourself do it.
You've been running at full output, sprint after sprint, with no real recovery. Motivation fades. Focus won't hold. Procrastination creeps in.
So you push harder. More discipline. More positive self-talk. You tell yourself: better mindset, stronger willpower, that's what peak performance takes.
But the harder you push, the faster you drain.
What you're missing probably isn't another pep talk. It's an actual recharge.
Too Many Tabs Open
The more you take in, the more cluttered your mind gets.
New articles, podcasts, feeds. Every day, more comes in, but clarity never does.
The more anxious you feel, the more you search. The more you absorb, the more tabs pile up in your head.
You're busy all day, but it's getting harder to say what you actually got done.
Focus, Interrupted
You keep getting ready to start. You never actually start.
Every time you sit down to work, something else shows up first. A thing you forgot. An unread message. One more coffee before you really begin.
Hours pass. The work hasn't moved.
Thinking Through a Fogged Screen
Your brain is still running. Every thought just takes more effort now.
Months of nonstop high-stakes thinking, and your brain is still running. But every thought now takes more effort than it should.
You know you're thinking. It just feels like reality is coming through a matte screen protector.
Your thoughts move like they're stuck in wet cement. Slower, heavier, delayed.
Anything that needs reasoning or a real decision takes noticeably more out of you than it used to.
The descriptions above are everyday, subjective states, not a medical diagnosis.
The cost isn't just how you feel.
When your brain runs low, it affects the work that matters most:
AI can keep giving you more answers. Coaching, courses, and tools can give you more direction.
But all of it still depends on a brain with enough power to understand the information, decide what matters, and act.
You may not need more answers. You may need more power to use them.
How Direct Charging Works
Microverse Exploration provides that charge during the session itself.
Once setup and check-in are done, we go straight into the 30-minute Core Charge.
One Hour. Three Parts.
Join the call from your own private space. We handle the necessary setup, and confirm how to start, stop, and end.
Once setup is complete, the 30-minute Core Charge begins. You sit comfortably with your eyes closed and stay fully awake. You do not need to focus on, think about, or process anything. Ella steps out of camera view and runs the charge from her end. Nothing to learn, practice, or perform.
After the necessary closing check-in, you go straight back to your day. No homework. No lingering for a long debrief.
in Control
Say STOP at any point during the core charge, and it stops immediately. No explanation needed.
I've tried breathwork, meditation, therapy, and several other approaches. They all helped in different ways, but I still felt like something was missing. Microverse Exploration was different. I didn't have to learn or practice anything, yet I could clearly feel that something had shifted. It's been the most effective personal growth experience I've had.
I met Ella last year. Whenever I need to break through something at work, I book a session. This is my third time.
Ella talks less than any coach I've worked with. But the results are the most powerful I've had.
I booked this pretty skeptical, honestly. My girlfriend kept pushing me until I gave in. Afterward, I owed her an apology for being so rude about it. This update is powerful.
I came in because my mind wouldn't stop looping the second I lay down, replaying everything from the day. After a session, things at night started feeling different. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but the day after my session, a resume I'd sent out with zero response finally got a reply. I'm now a General Manager at a major bank in Taiwan. It also got me through my midlife crisis. I'm 51.
I've tried a lot of things online. Listened to more podcasts than I can count. "Studied" how to de-stress my own brain. None of it hit as hard, or as simply, as this.
This is great. Introvert-friendly. I don't have to talk much, don't have to keep explaining myself, and I still get the results I want.
AI can give you more answers. Coaching can help you think through them. Neither can charge the brain that has to use them.
I'm Ella Wang, a coach from Taiwan and the founder of Brain Backend Platform. I personally host the Microverse Exploration sessions.
For years, I coached founders, engineers, investors, product leaders, and senior executives across Taiwan's tech and startup community. Smart people. Driven people. People who were used to finding the right answer.
Now, everywhere they look, the advice is the same. In the AI era, your edge is your judgment. Your taste. Your ability to decide what matters when AI hands you ten possible answers. Good advice.
But most articles, courses, and frameworks skip a more basic question: what if the brain responsible for that judgment is already running low?
I kept seeing the same thing, session after session.
I could ask the right question. I could point out someone's blind spot. They would understand every word. And they would still leave the session unable to see the situation differently.
What was missing wasn't more insight. It was the state of the brain that had to use it.
That realization led my team and me to bring forward what we had been developing behind the scenes: Microverse Exploration.
Microverse Exploration doesn't replace coaching or the methods you already use. It charges the brain directly, so you're actually in the state to see what's in front of you and use what you already know.
Keeping up in the AI era isn't about keeping your brain running nonstop. It's about letting it come back online when you need it.
A quick gut-check before you keep reading.
This might be right for you if
- You've tried enough approaches already. This time, you don't want to learn another one.
- You've taken in plenty of information, perspectives, and advice, but you still don't have the energy, focus, or clarity to use them.
- You don't want to spend another hour explaining your situation, only to walk away with more to process on your own.
- You don't want recovery to become another practice you have to track and maintain over time.
- You don't want to invest weeks or months before finding out whether something makes a difference for you.
- You need something that fits into a workday. No travel. No disruption to your schedule.
This isn't right for you if
- You're looking for a diagnosis or treatment for insomnia, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or any other medical, mental health, or neurological condition.
- You're in crisis, experiencing acute distress, or need immediate medical or mental health care.
- You want a coach to provide business strategy, life advice, problem analysis, or a specific action plan.
- You can't remain fully awake throughout the session, or you would be participating under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or another substance that affects alertness or consciousness.
- You're under 20.
No learning curve.
You just need to show up on time.
We run the update.

Common Questions
About the Session
Regular coaching works through conversation, questions, and feedback. It helps you get clear on the problem, find direction, or figure out your next step.
Brain Backend Coaching works one layer earlier: the state your brain is in when you understand, judge, and act.
You don't need to spend time explaining your history. We won't keep asking questions, analyzing the problem, or adding more advice. Once setup is complete, we go straight into the 30-minute core charge.
This doesn't replace your coach. It's a coaching amplifier.
Good coaching gives you direction, questions, and methods. But when your brain is low on power, even the best input can be difficult to fully take in and use.
The Core Charge provides the power to take it in, judge what matters, and act on it.
So the coaching you already have can actually land.
None.
Many services are built around learning. Some ask you to spend hours listening to theory. Others require extensive discussion, interaction, exercises, or ongoing practice. All of these approaches can be valuable.
But there is already more to learn than most people can keep up with. Competition isn't slowing down either. When your brain is running low, the answer shouldn't always be to squeeze even more effort out of yourself.
Microverse Exploration works differently.
Think of us as a charging station. When your brain is running low, you come to us to recharge and return to what matters with more power available. (You don't need to learn how to build the charger. That's our job.)
You don't spend the session learning theory or practicing a method until you can do it yourself. The central service is the 30-minute Core Charge: a direct recharge for the brain responsible for your focus, clarity, judgment, and ideas.
We don't give you more work to do and leave you to produce the result later. We provide the recharge during the session. That's the service.
Most services give you more information, advice, methods, or exercises and leave your brain to do the work later. The Core Charge provides the recharge during the session itself. You do not have to learn how to produce it or practice a method until you can do it on your own.
You verify the result through your own direct experience. After the session, you notice the difference in the energy available for focusing, thinking clearly, judging what matters, and generating ideas.
“Charging” is the language we use to describe this service. It is not a medical diagnosis or a clinical claim about changes in your brain or nervous system.
During the Session
During setup and the closing check-in, you see and speak with Ella on camera as usual. During the 30-minute Core Charge, Ella remains on the call but steps out of camera view and runs the charge from her end. You are not asked questions or expected to respond or perform.
You keep your eyes closed throughout the Core Charge. If you want to stop at any point, simply say “STOP,” and the charge stops immediately.
Pricing & Commitment
One. Most people notice a difference during their first session. First Entry is one complete session, and the Core Charge is designed to work within that single 30-minute window, not over a series of sessions.
You verify the result for yourself by noticing the difference in your available energy, focus, clarity, judgment, or ideas before and after the Core Charge. You do not need to complete multiple sessions before something happens.
Some people return for another charge later, when their brain runs low again. That is a choice, not something the first session was missing.
Most people come back once they have experienced the benefits of the Core Charge for themselves. Some return when they need to recharge. Others come back before a demanding project, an important decision, or a period when they need to perform at their best.
After First Entry, you can apply for Standard Private Entry whenever you want another charge. You decide when to return.

If less than 24 hours remains before your session, the booking can no longer be rescheduled. A missed session is treated as completed and cannot be moved to another time.

Yes. Your company can pay Brain Backend Platform directly. If your company will pay us directly, please contact us before booking so we can arrange company billing.
If you plan to request full or partial reimbursement instead, you may be able to use your employer’s leadership development, executive development, learning and development, or professional development budget.
Microverse Exploration is a private, one to one online performance coaching session built around a 30 minute Core Charge. It supports the cognitive capacity behind focus, clarity, judgment, and original thinking. These capacities directly affect how you work, make decisions, respond under pressure, and contribute to your organization.
To make the approval process easier, we have prepared a one page business case ↗ that you can share with your manager or HR team. We have also created a reimbursement request email template ↗ that you can copy and personalize when requesting full or partial funding.
If your company pays us directly, we can provide a company invoice. If you pay personally, Stripe will send you a payment receipt after your payment is successfully completed.
Company payment and reimbursement policies vary by organization. Regardless of who pays, your session remains private. We do not share the content of your session with your company or employer.
